SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CHALLENGE

In its 2nd edition of the Start & Pulse competition, Creditplus is launching a call for innovative solutions to startups active in the Online Retail and Financial Services space.

Creditplus is a leading European retail credit provider with a strong focus to provide retail partners from the automotive, home & living and consumer electronic space with innovative financing solutions. The integration of the Creditplus powered financing options is facilitated through a proprietary web application that can be integrated into the retail partners’ website.

In order to improve the experience of the end customers as well as the cooperation with and integration into the retail partners’ websites, Creditplus is searching for innovative technologies/solutions along the customer shopping journey. Creditplus sees potential in two waves:

B2B retail partner enablement:

The short-term main focus for Creditplus is to identify innovative solutions that can be provided to Creditplus’ retail partners to facilitate the provision of financial services across all commonly used on- and offline channels. Potential fields of application are 1) enabling the retail partners to offer e.g. payment on account as a payment option to the customer via both online and offline channels or 2) integrating seamless checkout options in offline retail stores to the end customer.

B2C end-customer application:

Mid-term Creditplus plans to integrate the individual financing options at their retail partners’ POS into one single smartphone application for the B2C end user. The app should function as a holistic personal financial management assistant and enable the customers to identify shopping opportunities combined with suitable and innovative financial services to increase customer loyalty.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

All small and medium-sized companies as well as startups (post seed phase with at least an MVP to test) with the ability to carry out an experiment rapidly and provide genuine innovation in terms of technology and/or use, with a direct bearing on the activities of Creditplus and its partners.

The winner of the call gets the opportunity to pitch it’s solution at CA-CF’s Europe-wide pitch event at the end of this year in Paris. The winner will be invited to take office space at the Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance HQ to collaborate directly with the European Innovation Team.
