WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CHALLENGE ?

30% of cyberattacks in the world target banks (Cost of cyber crime study 2017, Accenture). 95% of the vulnerabilities linked to cybersecurity are related to human mistakes (Cybint Solutions).

The education of our employees to the cybersecurity risks is thus key for our company.

The Corporate Center wishes to identify and experiment training programmes in order to acculturate in an innovative way our employees to cybersecurity stakes and embed the right habits into our employees behavior.

The solution would carry out the following tasks:
  1. Raising awareness of risks
  2. Knowing risky actions and use the good tools
  3. Bring our employees to adopt the right behaviours in the long run
Co-construction of the acculturation program

The cybersecurity expertise will be brought by CA Consumer Finance dedicated business line. Our experts will build and validate cybersecurity related contents along with the startups.

  • Good command of the data usage in internal and external exchanges

  • Innovate and build-up projects safely

WHAT IS THE PERIMETER OF EXPERIMENTATION?

The experimentation will start with a Proof of Concept with a target population of 300 employees in France during the 2nd semester 2019.

In case of success, the objective is to extend the solution to the 3,000 employees of CA Consumer Finance in France by the 1st semester 2020, and later, to all group’s entities abroad.

All startups, small and medium companies, willing to rapidly lead an experimentation and bring a real educational innovative solution, whether technological or practical.

#REFERENCING

The Corporate Center of CA Consumer Finance Group will select a winner and launch with it an experimentation.

The Corporate Center reserves the right to collaborate with multiple candidates. Selected candidates will be put in contact with the right experts within the Group for a future collaboration. For information, during the previous challenge, the Corporate Center has collaborated with 5 startups.

In addition, CA Consumer Finance is committed to reference all startups they lead an experiment with a conclusive prototype among its purchasing department.

#VISIBILITY

Each winner will benefit from a large-scale communication plan in France within the whole Credit Agricole Group.

In addition, after the experimentation phase, the Corporate Center plans to target all employees of CA Consumer Finance Group through the innovative solution. That means other potential opportunities with the different entities located in 19 countries.

#EXPERTISE

The winner will collaborate with our experts from cybersecurity, HR and communications from the beginning to the end of the project. The CA Consumer Finance teams will introduce our company, challenges and stakes during the kick-off meeting of 30th April. They will do their best to provide the right keys to make participants able to propose the most relevant solution for the Corporate Center call.
